1. INFUFYA - This type of witchcraft caused amnesia in the Northern Rhodesia Police each time they encountered Mushala, and they only realized they had met him after he had already vanished.
2. MUTOMBE TEMBWE - Another type of witchcraft that instilled fear in the community, making them believe Mushala was omnipotent and responsible for all the murders.
3. KAKUFYA - This type of witchcraft allowed Mushala to disappear and reappear in another district in no time. Additionally, it gave him the audacity to believe his body was sacrosanct and impervious to any type of bullet.
ADAMSON MUSHALA WAS also trained in Guerrilla warfare by Jonas Savimbi in Angola. When he returned to Zambia he started using the guerrilla tactics and skills he learned.
